Cutlass,
Cedar Point is awesome. If you spend any time at Great America, you'll like CP even more. If you're planning on staying in Sandusky, spend the extra few $$ and stay at one of Cedar Point's hotels. That gets you into the park one hour early before the ropes drop for the general public. Hotel Breakers is the inexpensive option there.
As for what to hit, grab whatever coasters that are open for that early hour, then make your way over to Top Thrill Dragster a few minutes before regular open. TTD is temperamental, and doesn't run in high winds, so you want to get that early on. Another recommendation to hit early is Maverick at the back of the park. That doesn't move people through as efficiently as biggies like GateKeeper or Valravn. Mid-June on a Monday/Tuesday should be OK for crowds. CP doesn't usually get nutty until July/August and October.
For pinball, the selection is slim, mostly old EMs and a Hercules. Only arcade anymore with them is the Grand Emporium, which is the big building with the domed turrets on the RH side of the main causeway, just past Raptor.
Hope you enjoy the Point!
Later,
