Unless you’re buying every LE from your dealer or dropping 8K-12K every 3-4 months on some other items, you’re probably not getting the high demand LEs. That’s just the way it is.

It’s always been that way with Ferrari. You need to regularly purchase the more pedestrian models in order to have a shot at the SF90s and the like.

Quoted from rennervision:

This is perhaps the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

If even remotely true, you need to spend a Friday or Saturday night in Manhattan with myself and a few friends.

Quoted from teekee:

We will see tons of CC LEs for sale in about 4-6 months. Its a dog of a game compared to today's games. Everyone wants a CCLE. Lol, what a mistake!

Honestly, I don’t give a shit. I just want something that looks cool. This will be my first CGC.

Quoted from CoolCatPinball:

Genuine question here. Were the deposits on previous CGC titles refundable or did that depend on which distributor you ordered from? I'm asking because on CCr, most distributors I'm seeing are requiring a $500 deposit NON refundable. That could potentially cut down on people bailing out.

I never understood a refundable deposit.
The paperwork must be a complete pain in the ass for the distributor or any small business.

Let me know when the first distributor is dumped by CGC for price gouging.

Quoted from seenev:

They don't seem to care much about flippers and price gouging with their approach, despite what they say. The whole LE business model is what creates those problems.
At least I wasn't really, really wanting this game. I wanted to buy it, but mainly because of the LE improvements. I can live without it, but I'm going to have a lower opinion of CGC going forward.

I had a lower opinion of Stern after the video tape submission B.S., but few care enough to stop buying.

Well, two of my buddies who are casual players really liked what they saw of the topper as most of us did. Since they can’t get the LE, they are both going with Godzilla Premium. If circumstances change with the topper, they may purchase CCr at a later date.
And they can always play CCr LE when I take delivery next year.

Quoted from jfh:

Can someone tell me how CGC handles/prices requests for specific LE numbers? I have a couple numbers in mind but have not heard anything back.

I thought it was you get what you get it and better like it with CGC.

Looks better

Smart move.

I’m in on the LE and happy for all.

I’m in on the LE and don’t remotely care about the topper becoming more widely available.
An agreement was broken? How about the manufacturers that don’t honor their warranties, or worse, change their warranties? That’s something to get upset about.

If this were like the MMr diffuser gate situation, I’d be incredibly ticked off. Those machines with the diffuser are worth less money. However, I feel that I am still getting what I paid for.

LE buyers: Spencer Sheehan is willing to pursuit a class action suit on behalf of all of us. He really thinks we’ve got a hell of a case. And he doesn’t care that you didn’t spend 60K on pinball or saved any lives this past year. In fact, he may be willing to work a little harder if you took some lives.

He currently represents me in our case against Kellog’s Pop Tarts - https://www.npr.org/2021/10/30/1050175655/strawberry-pop-tarts-lawyer-spencer-sheehan-vanilla-lime-food-beverage

Quoted from Lamberger:

man, did this company just shoot itself in the foot or what? I predict half future sales. I'm out and several buddy's that own bars just said out! resale was everything. OUT buy second hand when it coms along.

Not sure, my two buddies who purchased Godzilla Premiums while waiting out the situation with the topper, each just ordered an SE with topper. And I can guarantee that CGC will sell 3 top of the line TOTANs should they decide to make that game.
