Looks like they are still cobbling together the cardboard boxes.

Any word on estimated delivery of le versions?

That question gets asked every 2-3 days and the response is always the same. Read the FAQ:

I was going to say my box came with the graphics printed all over it with the stamps and everything. Carboard pandemic. My didn't come on a pallet tho. They said a bunch came on one big pallet.

hey anyone know when they are making LEs ????

Quoted from transprtr4u:

After they are done with 500 specials. If you are looking for a date, sorry, no one has that.

#6208 82 days ago

anyone know how many specials have been made, maybe 10, 20?

#6209 82 days ago
Quoted from grahamharley:

Seems at least 200 based on serial numbers. But since CGC doesn’t release production numbers or rates any number you see is just a guess.

#6210 82 days ago

So far, waiting for my CCRLE seems like a walk in the park when I remember how long I waited for my WOZECLE

Complete 100 % sorry but thanks for the reply... seems every 50 posts someone asks that ?
Nice of you though...

MMr took a long time too.

What if they don’t sell 500 SEs?

Lol.

Quoted from alveolus:

I believe they make them no matter if they are sold or not and the distributors are the ones who are on the hook for them and have to hold on to them until they are sold.

I just received both of my CCse's last week and they are numbered #1437 and #1438. So it would appear they have built a lot more than 500 CCses already, if or since the numbers are sequential. At least in my case. I am sure they will sell out. This is a fantastic game, I owned the original and this one is much improved. The "purists" might balk, just like many do about restored versus original but in this case, anyone who really feels that an original CC is better than any version of the remake is saying that because a) they have never played the remake or b) they haven't sold their OEM game yet!

Any chance the SE numbers started at 1251 since all 1250 LEs are spoken for?

I thought I read somewhere that CGC numbered games starting with 1001.

Was that because they made 1000 LEs? I can’t remember how many LEs were made of the prior 3 titles.

Called Game Exchange of Denver, the spot I ordered my SE+, JJ says they aren't expecting them until October.

#6223 78 days ago
Quoted from jfh:

Brian Allen said he took location and type of lighting under consideration when doing the alternate backglass acrylic/translite.
PPS doesn’t really have to do the same because the flashers/lighting are already in place for the original translite design.

He was at Pinbrew this weekend and said the handful of Acrylics he had there were the last of them and he’s not doing anymore.

How many SE models were to be built before the LE production is to start ?

500 units or 1000 ?

Was a number ever mentioned

Doug mentioned 500 early on. No update since then.

Not a surprise, assuming no SE+ games ship before the LEs are done.

Wasn’t there a comment that SE production can/will be concurrent with SE+ and LE?

#6228 78 days ago
Quoted from jfh:

I thought I read somewhere that CGC numbered games starting with 1001.

So if roughly 430 CCR have been built CGC is cranking them out pretty well

#6229 78 days ago
Quoted from kapaun:

Wasn’t there a comment that SE production can/will be concurrent with SE+ and LE?

The comment was essentially “it’s easy to swap between models on the line”. (There really are only two since the SE and SE+ are identical from a production line standpoint. An SE becomes an SE+ in packing/shipping).

They did 1000 of mmr and attack. Mb started at 1250. I have all three now. I f they did 1250 cactus prob number started at 1251. Normally on le the serial will be the le number like MB-1200

#6231 78 days ago
Quoted from beltking:

If they did 1250 cactus prob number started at 1251.

The lowest # for a CC SE I’ve seen is #1270, so that’s plausible.

Which would put them perhaps around 190 shipped. 500 still a ways off.

Anyone get an update from Planetary on the mirrored backglasses? Multiple emails to Rick have gone unanswered …

Not a word, but I'm all good with that because I probably won't get my LE for another 6+ months

My guess is, I'll se my LE sometime next spring. CGC isn't really known to crank out pins.

I'm in no hurry. I know I'll get a sweet pin once it finally gets here.

Played cactus canyon remake yesterday. Pretty fun game couldn't hear the call outs but looked great. Got a couple of gold mine multi balls and scored a total of 61 million had a blast.

I should add that I couldn't hear the call outs because it was loud in this convention center. It wasn't anything to do with the game itself not being loud enough, but again I had a blast and this is a good purchase for you guys and girls.

I got this from my distributor last week in Michigan, Game room guys is the company.

Chicago Gaming is currently building Cactus Canyon SE models and has approximately two months of production left. Once they have completed the build, they will be moving on to the Cactus Canyon LE, followed by the Cactus Canyon SE with Topper. At this point in time, we do not expect to see the Cactus Canyon LE version any earlier than August and the Cactus Canyon SE will most likely start rolling off the line in the fall. We will follow up with Chicago Gaming again in mid-July and update you as soon as we have more information.

Glad they offer free shipping, but just tag it onto the price. lol It would feel much more honest if it said shipping included in the price.

Hey all, I've been away a long time and hate to ask such a sensitive question, but is it fair to say there is no plan for additional software coming out, now?
