Working on a CC Big Top rifle game with warped plastic cams on the two score motors any thoughts on how to flatten these without destroying them?

How badly are they warped? Maybe use a heat gun or micro butane torch to heat them up in certain spots, bend by hand and let cool.

Warped to the point that they miss several switches, pretty sure heat is my only option just a little panicked about ruining an unobtainable part!

Can you post a picture? Wonder what caused them to warp in the first place???

I'll take a pic when I get home, looks like they came in contact with some cleaning solution at some point there is a mirror in the bottom of the game with the score motors on the edge I think the mirror was sprayed down for cleaning and the top cams came in contact with it.

Interested in seeing a pic of it. Is it 3d printable? If so, I'm just down the road and could possibly try to print a replacement

I will grab a few pics when I get home I'm guessing it would be printable but I have zero knowledge on 3D printing.

I've had good luck 3D printing cams for pinball related stuff. Watch the video at funwithpinball.com/small-boards-page-2#DoodleBug or the one below it for examples of what can be done.

From the centre cam in particular it seems a significant degree of heat has entered that area-quite incredible pic. 3D print repro certainly seems a candidate.

I don't think it was heat I think it's some form of chemical reaction these are close to a mirror at the bottom of the game and I think over the years when the mirror was cleaned they came in contact with the cleaner being used.

Is there any chance they used them on any of their pins? Can you get a part number? Or better photos. I may have a few CC score motor cams.
