Quoted from sammiesguys:Mine didn't do any damage, but he did get inside it. I left the coin door open for a second and turned around. Next thing I knew, he had jumped inside. I just unplugged it, and let him come out on his own. I was more worried about him getting hurt than doing any damage to the machine.

Yes, White cat in mid air is Streaky (but he's supposed to be orange, The artist admits his mistake on Deviant Art).
No, White cat above record player is Marie from "The Aristocats".
The "hungry white ghost cat at Batman's feet is Simons cat (a series of web animations).
The posters are "That Darned Cat" and "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof".
The cat on the tree mid frame under the posters is Scratchy from The Simpsons.

Chris
I've had that happen before. I've heard that sometimes when the one cat that came home from the vet may not smell the same to the other kitty (but you probably won't notice) because of some of the medications it has either ingested or been injected with. Weather or not this is true, things get back to normal in a day or so.

He's very talkative, and friendly and will try to stand up on his hind legs for you when you go to pet him.
It doesn't show up well in the picture, but he has grey eyes.

Quoted from Atari_Daze:Welp, inherited another edition to the Atari Daze feline family.
His owner's moved out with out taking him so we now have 10 outside cats. All males save one who just gave birth yesterday! No idea yet how many she had.
If any one in or around Houston has the space for a sweet boy, let me know. He currently goes by Snowball II but that is open for negotiations he says. He would prefer to keep his 'boys' but that too is up for discussion with him.
He's going to get food a water here as long as needed but my landlord is sure gonna be upset. He makes our total count 13, before the new kittens. And I honestly think he's the daddy, but that's another Maury Povich episode for another day.
3 inside and the 10 outside. Apparently I'm a crazy cat guy. [quoted image]

You should call him "Orpheus"
Found this old picture (Probably about 2008). This is Nichi. He was left behind by the next door neighbors when they moved.
He made himself at home on my patio and stayed until he passed away a few years later. One day I went out on the patio and found him asleep in this dust pan:Nichi Dustpan cat (resized).jpg
Quoted from transprtr4u:Agreed...nice looking cat!
He was a total bad-ass kitty to. The same neighbors also had a Rottweiler, and she followed Nichi around everywhere when they were out of the back yard.
Needless to say, no tags on the dog, a neighbor called SECA about the dog roaming the neighborhood, and it was taken in. They never even tried to get her back (and she was the sweetest dog you'd ever met!).

Quoted from Neal_W:S-J is reaching for the shift key. Probably virtual pinball curious.
This is an older iMac in my garage. I caught her trying to order some high grade cat-nip from Amazon. But she didn't know there was no internet connection on that Mac. She's still trying to figure out how to use the WiFi:DSCF0145 (resized).jpgDSCF0147 (resized).jpgDSCF0149 (resized).jpg
Quoted from benheck:Cat twins!
Mine hasn't figured out high he can jump... Yet.
Give him time, He's still at that age where he's still learning what he can get on top of or into.
Snake-Jazz has been pretty good about not getting up onto things like furniture, but for some reason, every time she gets into the Garage, she goes straight for the table with the iMac and gets up there.
This little guy shows up once in a while. Not sure if he belongs to anyone, but he frequents my house and the neighbors across the street. He's a little guy and probably only weighs about three pounds. He's not a kitten, but just a little cat.
Today he wanted to be friendlyIMG_3147 (resized).JPG so I took some pictures of him:IMG_3148 (resized).JPG
edit* I just walked by the front door and he was curled up on the door mat.
Quoted from Nokoro:If he only weighs three pounds, my guess is he is a stray or lost and not getting enough to eat. Have you thought about posting something on your local community Facebook site or something of a similar sort to see if he belongs to anybody? If not, you may want to get him to a shelter to see if he can be adopted. They can also check for microchips.
No, he gets fed (by myself and at least one neighbor) and he's not overly skinny, I think he's what you might call a Permakitten. He's at least a year old (maybe older) but he's only the size of about a six month old kitty. He may belong to someone in the neighborhood, but nobody is sure who he belongs to.

Quoted from Charlemagne1987:Just to be clear: I’m all about adopting. Every cat I’ve ever had was adopted (and I’ve had a lot over my lifetime), but I don’t begrudge people from making the choice to buy a pure bred. Quoted from Spyderturbo007:I converted my old pinball room into an office a few months ago so ignore the yet to be hung stuff and the wire dangling down the wall for now. Anyway, I occasionally have clients at my house to demo tech for them, so I purchased a second chair for the other side of my desk. I was working in there one morning when I looked up and saw Violet. Quoted from pinwiztom:Ouija has 8 claws on each front paw
(she has one claw being located between the two foot pads on each front paw)
and 5 claws on one hind leg with 6 claws on the other.
Most cats have 18 nails (five on each front foot and four on each rear foot)
A Minnesota feline tied Guinness World Record with 28 toes,
if that cat passes on, I will have to contact Guinness I guess.
We got Ouija from a shelter in Portland in 2015 the day after thanksgiving,
She had one other sibling that was polydactyl, but my wife chose Ouija cause she had more toes.
I'm more concerned about cats like these:pasted_image (resized).pngpasted_image (resized).pngpasted_image (resized).png
They're plotting our demise!
Seriously though, years ago my Mom took in two cats that belonged to a neighbor that passed away. A mother and one of her adult kittens. The mother (called Mama Cat) had two paws on each of her front legs. One normal (?) one with four toes and a slightly smaller one with three toes for a total of 26 toes. wish I could find a picture of her feet to show them.
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:I would love to have a Bengal, but we always find a rescue. Nothing against people that do buy kittens, but we've always found a cat or kitten without a home.

Quoted from Lounge:Here’s one for you guys…
[quoted image]
I had too keep looking and then I finally saw the eyes.
Here's Snake Jazz the night I got home from the hospital after five months. She didn't want to come up to me. At first I thought she was afraid of my wheelchair, but when she did come up to me, she sniffed me once and backed off. Guess she didn't like my "Hospital Smell".
Now she shows no fear of the wheel chair, and has no fear of walking under it, or just getting in my way.
Quoted from Pinkitten:Hospital smell I bet. If we take one cat to the vet, even for a short visit, the other cat usually treats her with hostility for a few hours. I hope you are doing better after your hospital stay.
I know I mentioned it before in a previous post, but my Mom had an old Blue cat that had a trip to the vet to have a tooth pulled, and when I brought him home, the other cats reacted the same way.
I'm, doing Okay, but I still cant walk yet. I have problems with my legs below the knees, Which is way better than I was six Months ago.
Quoted from Rdoyle1978:I’ve been meaning to ask if Snake Jazz is named after Rick &Morty, or you’re just a big baseball fan?
Finally! Some one got it!!!
Yes, she gets he name from the season four episode Rattlestar Ricktacula. I was on furlough at the beginning of the pandemic, and this little orange tabby started showing up on my patio. Her way of greeting me was to hiss. She wouldn't run off, but she was stand offish. After a few weeks, she started getting friendly and got to the point where she stayed around. so I took her in (or she took over my house?). But every time someone came by, here reaction was to hiss and hold her ground. Eventually when she got to know people she wouldn't hiss at them and would be friendly. I hadn't named her yet, and they re-showed that episode of Rick and Morty, and I got the Idea to name her Snake Jazz after the episode, which works out well since the Astronaut snake was a female. BTW, the really is a form of Jazz called Snake Jazz.

Don't know which kitty is which, but is the one spanning across the back boxes of Star Trek and Demolition Man a Norwegian Forest Cat?
