My "Sugar" helping with the Hardbody pin I'm currently working on...
Baby checking out Silverball Mania during some playfield work while the door to my workroom was open.
Every time I try to cut stencils on my Cameo, this happens.
I keep telling her it is not a toy but she never listens so I have to close her up in the bedroom until my cutting is done. Poor kitty.
That's funny, Titan posts on here before i could post an image of Sugar who approves of the Titan rings!!
Quoted from PACMAN:
I don't own a cat.
Omg, I'm catching up on this thread, i get ^^ here
and the Cheetos commercial comes on tv, the one with the guy interrogating his family with the black lite and he asks... "when did we get a cat"
I lol'd- literally
Alexa must know what I'm reading and watching... Nosey bitch
Opened the coin door for a fraction of a minute and Sugar wanted to inspect my next project, Williams Laser Ball.
Not 1 but TWO inspectors in my current Laser Ball, project. The funny thing is the machine has sat in this state for almost 2 weeks as I've been working on the playfield and not once did either of them show any interest. As soon as I start stripping the guts of the cab, this happened!
Then, one of them discovers the recently cut cab stencils. SHEESH.
So I couldn't finish sanding the cab on Laser Ball over the weekend, drug it into the house and went to run some errands. It was just inside the front door, came home to find this.
HELLO, thanks for the perch!
What is it about this Laser Ball... I came home from work Friday and could not find B.B., then as I get ready to move this outside for more sanding, HELLO, you found me daddy!
It's no longer accessible now though.
Just realized I had a supervisor last night while taking off the Laser Ball stenciling... should have known she would not be far since I left the door open to the paint room.
I think she is going to miss this one when it goes!
I have an uncle that used to have a vending route, I am going to check with him asap for any old gumball dispenser, that is a great idea.
No, he won't part with any pinball / juke boxes for reasonable rates. But a gumball machine...
This was just prior to game number 5 since complete restore, she says "Oh, thanks for turning on my bed daddy "
Quoted from Plunger069:
The lighting on your Laser Ball looks fantastic.
Many thanks, I will post the restore thread soon for those interested.
That pic was just last night as I completed it over the Thanksgiving holiday and wanted to enjoy a few games before the week started, obviously I wasn't the only one who wanted to play it!
Just put up my feet for a moment after some in depth trouble shooting on my Laser Ball, the cat who adopted me almost 3 yrs ago kicks my other cat out of the lap. She RARELY sits still and even rarer still likes lap.
She wasn't on / around my current project pin but this was taken at my work shop!
Just thought it was a neat pic.
Had a request from another thread for side view of my motordome cab, along came the inspector.
Then just moments later, are these the parts you need daddy?
Quoted from Alan_L:
If your cat is anything like mine, some of those parts will be on the floor tomorrow morning.
That is precisely why I have to bag them, at least I can find the bag. If I leave anything unattended, within minutes I hear it hit the floor!
And she is NO help when looking for them later! It's funny because for two years she did not venture onto countertops, now for whatever reason (guess she found that's where I kept her "toys") she is all over them.
Here is Sugar, investigating the newest member of the family. As we often experience, with in mere seconds after opening that coin door!
Oh hi, were you seriously thinking I would let you work on pinball?
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:
Is it common to run into spraying issues when bringing home a cat into a house with an existing cat
Fortunately / unfortunately I have experience with both outcomes... we have adopted multiple cats, male / female...some from shelters, some off the street. As I think upon it, only TWO of those would continue to mark territory, BOTH of them had been outdoor cats for sometime before we took them in, got their shots, removed their "kittyhood". Only those felines were the ones marking, our other cats whom came to us from shelters did NOT spray. I'll be eager to see what others say, I have room for one more but am hesitant for the reasons listed above!
Oh Anthony, so very sorry!! It does sound as if he went peacefully, thank you for sharing a great photo!
I finished the restore and she must approve as she then claimed it after the first ball!
Quoted from TractorDoc:
opened the door to add a few more and she hopped in.
Ain't it funny how they are, mine could care less about a pin for months, the second I open the door and turn around POOF, here they come.
Same thing with my Cameo. It could sit out for days unplugged and they ignore it, the second it powers up, here she comes! I mean the Cameo I get, the material being cut moving around and all but the coin door thing is a head scratcher!
