These kittens were quite the characters, never sat still.
He and/or she (cant remember) were semi feral
that took up residence at the staff house where/when
I was working while in Pemba or Maputo, Mozambique about 6-7 yrs ago.

Nice! I literally had to upgrade mine like a pinball machine recently. The tech was like “uh, I don’t know if you’re comfortable plugging in electric things...”. I’m like “I got this..”
Now the cat RIDES in it when it turns. I am not kidding. We had to give her a bath after she kept getting litter and poop matted in her fur because she would just let everything cascade down on her. Then she jumps in my face while I’m working. Thanks...

I’ve had the “robot” for about a week and it ain’t ate a cat yet! Not sure where Cheetah is, probably in a cupboard.

My cat has no interest these days. He just gets P.O'd at me for playing pinball instead of playing with him.

Ha - I wish - I don’t even rate as staff - after he knocked all the tools onto the floor the orange supervisor took over
We are without power again, utility co had to shut off power, in order for me to hite contractor to reaffix my power pole conduitto my house, since it was pulled down by the ice storm last week. Here is our eldest cat Jack trying to stay warm. Hoping to get hooked up again by the weekend.
Sorry for the lost of a family member. It's been 3 months and I still look at sliding glass door to see if our cat is ready to come in.

Sorry for your loss. About 10 years ago I had a 3 year old cat that died from myelodysplasia . I was giving her about 12 doses of liquid medicine a day in the mouth by a syringe for three months to keep her going. It was really rough. When they are that young you can kind of feel like you need to save them so they can have a full life. Much tougher to go through than when my 11 year old cat that was my favorite pet ever died from cancer a couple years ago.

I should add, the cat in my avatar is the cat I got from a rescue a few months after my three-year-old cat died in 2011. She helped us move on and we helped her.
She is almost ten now and has a very peaceful and content life.
