He is just checking your flipper alignment.
Quoted from mikeatsparkys:I'll make this my first post to Pinside. Why not. Our cats are constantly on our pins until we turn them on.

That is one grande el'gatto !
Is that his workout dumbell under the pin ?
Quoted from DougPiranha:I found our new kitten "Luci" on the top of Breakshot with no apparent easy route to the top.
I caught her on the way down with the camera, she actually climbed the harness!DSC_1654.JPG 190 KB

Very clever cat!
My cats were wildly curious about pinball machines at first, but over time they started to stay away from them. Every once in a while I'll see little pawprints on the glass, though...
i know as soon as i get a pin i will have my cat all over it, how bad can they get hurt if he sneaks in the coin door under the PF? Electric shock wise?

Wow that is a beautiful cat what kind is it ?

hopefully checking for any potential suspect connections along the way.

I'd suggest to test the voltage with your tongue to identify the parts that could really hurt your cat.
Just kidding! Although those pictures with cats inside a pinball machine look cute, it's difinitely no playground for pets or kids. Keep them out of there!

She is an Ocicat. We picked her because we read they are "dog like". My wife and I have never owned a cat but and are really loving her. Here is a pic of her with our dog and one when she climbed a fake fig tree.

Just wait untill she is older, but still thinks she is small like a kitten. Funny stuff then!
As soon as any of mine here that boot up bong. They come running to fawk with me. If i'm not paying attention to him enough while i'm playing, he will lay on the glass right in front of me, and slowly have his body slide down to the lockdown bar. If I turn a game on and walk away to get something. One or both cats will be standing on the glass of the game that's on, waiting for me to come back.

Wow she is pretty I love cats im goin tl have to look into them

I haven't seen too many dogs that climb trees however.
Not a cat, but my dogs love to lay under the machine... but only when it is off. If it's on, they have no interest in it whatsoever.
Finally got one picture of my oldest cat on a game. She follows me around the house like a companion dog and jumps up on the games when I am playing or working on them to be near me. She sometimes decides to jump up when the War of he Ents bells are ringing in LOTR. The second picture is her imitating a couch potato human. (note the LED eyes)
I only have paw prints on the glass. Never caught him on there as he hates the games when they are on.

our old german sheaperd, kat use to be like that, but now shes 15- and if i come up and play a few games she's like i care not im getting up for no one.
My cats always come running to help me anytime I start doing anything in the house. Pinball is no exception.
One thing they do that pisses me off though, is when they jump down from the backbox to the playfield glass, they seem to purposely try to break it! They are pretty light and stealthy when they want be, but when they jump on that glass they seem to launch instead of reaching down to it, and come straight down hard on all fours, and it's like BAM! Freaks me out, and I swear one of these days they will shatter one! I fear I will come home to a real mess one day!
Crazy Cats!!!

ours are the same way, but it might not be their fault. They might be trying to land a few inches lower on the playfield rather than the clear glass they they might not see.
anyone else accidentally lock their cat up in a pin? i was working on my pinbot a few months ago and left the door open. got distracted, came back later and locked it up. not long after started to hear 'meow's and scratching. took a minute for me to realize i'd accidentally locked up chairman meow in the cab!
he also likes to hang out by me when i'm playing (probably jealous i'm not paying attention to him)

Well... if you've got the glass out and he's sitting on the playfield, if you rub him around on it a bit does it work like a soft polishing cloth?
Quoted from sammiesguys:Finally finished my home improvement project for my game room. Was taking a picture and my cat managed to photobomb it.Spoiled for choice lucky cat
