Kitten update.
They survived their 1st visit to the vet.
Joey and Josie
They will need to go back next week to get their final FVRCP booster shots.

They seem to be getting along fine, in adapting to their new home,
slowly exploring our home
and more importantly getting to know our other animals.
They get along fine with our dog Dewey, (he loves kittens)
The other cats are still a bit wary or put off by the new arrivals,
but no big dust ups or turmoil,
by the end of the month things should be back to normal.

They're stunning. Did they get acquainted with pinball yet?
Quoted from Jappie:They're stunning. Did they get acquainted with pinball yet?
Not really, they have been down to the (pinball) basement a couple of times
but have not turned on any games to see how they react to all the noise and lights.
My other cats are still a little freaked by all that pinball action.
I will stage some pinball photos later to see how they react and adapt.
I just ran into this older picture of my ex-roommate's kittens Gijs & Guus playing some Black Knight. They loved pinball. Used to run to my place whenever I would fire the machine up. I had to keep the door closed if I actually wanted to play a game.
Sadly, neither of these curious little fellows has had a long life. Good memories though.

"Friiiiiiidaaaaaay! Kitten Time!"
Sorry to hear that. We lost our Maine Coon Marshmallow last year to cancer. I was with him at the end at the vet.
Quoted from Fairground:Today I had to say goodbye to my 15yr old Dharma (pictured at front facing her sister Asra)
She became very frail and kidney faiure, she drifted to heaven in my arms as the vet administered the needle.[quoted image]
I'm so sorry for your loss. Rest in Peace Dharma.
We lost our oldest Calvin earlier this year. Unfortunately I was out of the country on business when we had to make the decision. We opted for the in home option.
It's so terribly difficult.
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:It's so terribly difficult.
And it never gets easier.
@fairground Spoil little Asra and remember the good times with Dharma.
Here's a nice video from Germany
Sadly the video was deleted meanwhile. It showed a black-white cat and a Williams Aces and Kings.
Quoted from jp1985:I haven’t had these uncovered for awhile so he wanted to investigate.[quoted image]
is cat name being Mulder !?
Our cat discovered the suspended ceiling over the gameroom. She goes into the workshop, up on the shelves, up on the cabinets, up on the HVAC trunk, across the room, over the dividing wall and... she's gone. A few hours later she comes back covered in cobwebs. She is stubborn about her exploration. It's best to let her get it out of her system and then she'll move on to the next challenge.
Quoted from Nokoro:One of my gifts this morning.
Same here!
Is yours the LE model?
Highest score so far is 420

Oh wow! I like the old school look of yours!
420 is pretty good. I’ll have to keep practicing.
Quoted from Electrocute:They’ve declared a truce, at least for now!
Interestingly they even chose the same machine!
Update: Kittens got their booster shots on Friday and handled it well.
But more importantly they seem to have made a few allies from our clan of cats.
Here is our oldest Jack (17yr old siamese) napping with the kittens;
and them also sharing a bed with our youngest (Munky 2yr old maine coon).
Quoted from DanQverymuch:Naughty kitty cat!
Damnit Jim, I'm a cat, not a pinball tech!!

You might say "Bad Cats!"
We have those as well:

"I just feel so "at home" in this giant box of Daddy's.
Quoted from pinwiztom:Since adopting our two new siamese kittens, I never knew cats could fart so much, and super stinky at that.[quoted image]
Change dry food to see if that helps
Quoted from pinwiztom:I never knew cats could fart so much, and super stinky at that.[quoted image]
Yeah, right, I tried that one too. But I used "dog" instead of "cat". No one believed me either.

When we got our 2 cats last year they were bombing it up all over the place. We give them good quality wet and dry food during the day. Eventually their stomachs settled down; took a few months
They get fed (reg. people) canned tuna (packed in water) along with portion of various fancy feast twice a day;
plus they have free access to dry purina one cat food (for sensitive stomachs).
Same basic diet as all our other (seven) cats.
They have decent stools, and are energetic and healthy otherwise, so not too worried.
Just a pee-uuu more they we would like;
one good thing about the situation, is I can always blame my stinkers on the kittens.
Just discovered that those dang kittens chewed thru the wires on my ear buds into several pieces.
Luckily they are dollar tree ear buds.
