Wow. Your cat looks a lot like my cat Molly as a kitten. See post # 659.

Is that a Munchkin kitten?
Quoted from girloveswaffles:Is that a Munchkin kitten?
No, just a regular old kitten. I think it was the angle the photo was taken that makes his head look so big. LOL
He's a cutie though. We got him and his brother. They were the only 2 in the litter. We named them Calvin and Hobbes.
This is Hobbes:

Just by looking at those kittens you can feel your blood pressure dropping several points. Cute little buggers.

Until they're running around climbing your curtains. Baby-proofing your house means putting breakable things up high where babies can't get to them. Yeah.....doesn't work with kittens. This is what I'm going through right now. Cute as the dickens, but man....little devils.

I have two 6-month old kits running around the house (rescues). Interestingly, one gives me no problems whatsoever. The other, though, is a little spit-ball, and doesn't care about anything. He's done more destruction to my legs and clothes alone than any dog I've ever had.

Did the train chop off your cat's tail?
Quoted from JeffZee:She was a Pixiebob. They don't always come with tails. Lost her to kidney failure this past summer. We'll probably go cat shopping in January.
Sorry to hear that. Very good looking kitty.

Sorry for your loss.
Please consider a rescue or shelter kitten/cat when you are ready. Fancycats in Northern VA always has tons of choice.

That's sad, hope you get another cat soon.

This (usually) works for me to correct bad behavior:
We haven't gotten our tree up yet this year, but this was Violet last year. She was very well behaved and just wanted to lay under the tree. During this picture, she was having more fun playing in the tissue paper the ornaments were wrapped in.
We go tree shopping tonight, so I'll have to see how she does this year.
I'll have to try and get a picture of the tree this year. Ever since my wife and I have been together we've had cats. Each year, she buys each of the kids an ornament and writes their name on it along with the year. Normally it's the Hallmark Mischievous Kitten ornament. Anyway, the tree is nothing but cat ornaments.
Quoted from SirScott:This (usually) works for me to correct bad behavior:
Oh yes, we've tried that.
They get wet, they still climb. They get wet, they still get on the table. They're just quicker to get down when you grab the bottle.

That's the problem I'm having with mine right now. Especially Artie, as he's not really minding water any more. I'm thinking about trying to find a tiny water gun to carry around with me in my pocket.

Very sorry for your loss... it's always tough losing a cat, like a member of the family

Such a chill looking kitty haha
Quoted from SilverUnicorn:They are adorable when they're sleeping. I know this is not pinball related, sorry!
That's a good looking cat!
Quoted from SilverUnicorn:They are adorable when they're sleeping. I know this is not pinball related, sorry!
Yeah. They spend all day sleeping so at 3:00 A.M. they can run full throttle thru the house chasing phantom mice.
This is Eddie, got him when I was about 3 in 1999. Miss him a lot! He was the most badass cat I've ever met and he'd always bully the other cats haha. In his later years he lost a few of his teeth so he had one fang and would bite Lilly in the neck like Dracula when they wrestled hahah it was insane. He was 20 pounds too. RIP Ed 1999-2014.

Great pictures.
I have yet to really introduce my new cats to pinball yet.
13yr old Jack has never expressed interest,
but we have 3 new kittens, that have limited exposure.
1 yr old poly-dactyl black cat named Ouija and
6 month old Himalayan named LeRoy might have potential with pinball.
But it is the latest kitten that is a 4 month old
Siamese/snowshoe mix, named Wednesday
who loves to play fetch with her catnip stuft toys
and floor hockey with a wadded up piece of paper ball,
that appears to have the most intelligence
to tackle pinball.
They all love their big brother Dewey the dog.

Wow, they look like a happy family.
Quoted from chippe01:I will never open the coin door or lift the playfield when the cats are in the room. I lock my door with them on the outside. Now, when I'm playing, that's a different story. My Polly girl LOVES pinball.
DANG! Is that Night Moves?!

NICE!!

They all get along surprizingly well.
Jack the eldest was a bit put off and indifferent when we brought Ouija home,
but eventually adjusted, Ouija just loved Jack and followed him everywhere,
so we got another kitten a few months later, Leroy, in the hopes of giving Jack some relief
and allowing the kittens to play together.
Finally the last kitten came home 2 months after that
and Leroy just loves & dotes on her, to the point where Ouija now feels a bit left out.
But everybody loves Dewey.
It snowed about 3inches here in Salem today
so i expected everyone will be snuggling in bed together with us tonite.
I told my wife that 4 cats is the limit,
as I do not want our house to turn into a "cat lady" house.
Hahah, that's awesome. I'm hoping my cat Ruby will come sleep with me tonight and keep me warm. COLD haha

Hey, man I hate to be nosey but do you actually have 300 pins?! Great collection!

I hope your poly is better mannered than the one my sister had. It was very anti-social and moody. They were warned when they got it as a kitten that some poly's can have behavioral issues.

Trouble is they only learn to not do it while your watching...
We broke our cats from getting on tables by using those motion detector air spray cans. That way whether your around or not they still get that scary hiss noise it makes.
Of course sometimes we would forget and leave them on while we were home... walking through the house in the dark you can give yourself a heart attack!
