been too long since last post
so i guess that means i better get the camera out tomorrow
Our Tortie Meep! on Stng. She is super mellow. I gave her a hat. (hair tie) She probably left it on her head for 3 minutes and just looked at me like... Ok, but Why???
She walks on the machines occasionally. Leaves some prints in the dust. Her way of reminding me to wipe them down more often!
Chases the ball once in a while, but usually just sits on the floor few feet away and wonders what I'm getting so excited about...

Quoted from fishbone:Turned the machine on and my cat immediately showed up to "help".
I see that your game initials are "PSL". Who's initials are "ROG"? The cat's?

Haha, good one. ^^
Actually, those are the previous owner's scores. At the time the video was taken, I had just picked up the game. Of course, the old highscores have been beaten a long time ago *cough*batterychange*cough*.
Besides, the cat has lost interest in the game and is demanding a new one.
Quoted from fishbone:She doesn't even care for credit cards.
Violet likes cash.
/backstory - I was getting ready to go buy my Metallica from Cointaker. I counted out the cash and set it on the bed. She immediately jumped up and put her paw on the cash.
Quoted from jeffspinballpalace:"GB premium, meow (now)! Gotta have all the toys - meow (lottsa toys, oh boy)."
She did this the other day. I run a league in Harrisburg and was getting my stuff together for the league. I keep the league funds in a bank bag and only take a little bit of it with me in case I need to make change. I was pulling out what I needed and she jumped up on the counter. This is what she did....
My wife keeps saying that she's saving up to buy a cat treat factory.
My cat wont go near my machine. The solution? Cointakers Red Tremor.
First time the cat heard that, she went running.
Quoted from nerbflong:Haha, that's funny. My cat loves money too and usually only the big bills.
Here's Pumpkin taking money from my pile and putting it in hers. Pin money.

Well Pumpkin is a "Money Cat" (Calico) so what did you expect?

Hah, I never knew! That explains all the lost dollar bills around the house. Hmmm.
I have to post in honorarium of my dearly departed Mister Dazey. He was too cynically wise to be overly fascinated by our working pins... but he followed me everywhere and whenever I was working on my basket case, he loved perching overhead to supervise...
Now that Firepower is up and running, I like to think he would have approved
We'd claimed him when former neighbors abandoned their home and its contents including him and a Great Dane. When I realized the dog was locked in the house I called the authorities; we couldn't handle the dog ourselves but the cat practically adopted us before the neighbors even left so he was no trouble.
Dazey passed from cancer last July just a few weeks after that photo... our two new brat cats haven't yet been caught in the act but I find their feetprints on the pinglass all the time
My cats usually stay off the games, luckily I had my phone ready.

I'm sorry for your loss. I was an absolute wreck for days after losing our first cat Moses. My wife was even worse. We don't have kids, so these little guys are our kids.
Quoted from goingincirclez:he loved perching overhead to supervise...
Cats make the best supervisors.
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:I was an absolute wreck for days after losing our first cat Moses.
It was a few months before I was ready to indulge another cat which means we got to enjoy a hair-free house for maybe a week, lol. But for last Christmas I let the kids pick out and we now have Shelby the sweet-natured Holstein diva, and Bruce the spastic Bengal-Tabby who sounds like a shark and thinks he's a dog. They're both great and both PITAs... but don't show too much interest in the pins (probably because they're too noisy).
Quoted from goingincirclez:he followed me everywhere and whenever I was working on my basket case, he loved perching overhead to supervise...
When I watch you go about your activities, make no mistake about my intentions. I am not curious or coy.
I am judging you.

That was funny when he slid down. I have not had the pleasure to see my cat do that.
I have a cat who is always on my pins and arcade machines. I have to keep moving blankets on all my pins so the glass does not get all scratched up and dirty.
I wouldnt let them go inside the machines while they are plugged in. If that transformer catches them right it could kill them dead.
Quoted from Ericpinballfan:Was putting in LED's, had to go take a call for an hour, came back to this. The audible snoring of the cat made me take the picture.
Dreaming of Fish, just another tail.
I really liked this pic. It's amazing how determined cats are to get into a specific space. Visual proof of same.

She had been on Game 100 times both on and off, this was first time she found it without the glass on. I think it made her very Happy. Like you said determined, was a magic moment for her.
For the record her favorite game when turned on is Addams Family. She loves to just sit and watch the light show I think.
When I was opening Spider-Man VE, I got one side of the box cut out, and my cat was jumping into the box in-between the game and outside of the box. The other one wants nothing to do with the opening.
Twink is new to pinball. She likes to climb on the games and look at the playfields. She is even more fascinated when the lights are on. She has already explored inside IM and liked it. I have not started a game yet with her there because it would probably scare her. She's watching the games and also supervising me this morning from a convenient location.

This pic is so good. I would be freaked out if I peered down in there and saw that staring back at me.

Stephan likes to chase around the silver ball ,here he is on a Williams Blackjack
Sometimes after Lydia watches Stephan she will jump on a machine that's turned off and pretend to chase the ball around,I have caught Stephan doing that too.Lydia jumped on the Big Game ,so I tuned it on

I watch cats tapping at toys, chasing them around as though they were real.
There is no limit to our delusion.

That was funny when he began to relax, then you shoved the cat to the upper playfield to get him going again!

You REALLY need to stop using that Cat-Nip based polishing media in your tumbler when you polish the balls.
