You did a nice job on the one you made. But it has a fatal flaw. If you got your measurements from a factory unit then I will say it was flawed from the factory. I made a few of these but as I was attempting to learn I broke mine and don't know if it had the flaw I am going to point out.
You did a beautiful job but you need to make one change.
I borrowed one of your pics to match against one of mine so you can see what I am talking about.

If you look carefully, at the upper pivot point your wire is riding on top of the upper bracket. All of the weight of the wire is riding on that bracket. The first one I made was riding on the bracket just like yours and I was having a time with the wire hanging up and not wanting to return to rest position.
I made that last upper bend a little farther out and this keeps that last bend from riding on the upper bracket. You can see this in my pic on lower right.
Plus, on the bottom bend in the wire, that needs to be at less than 90 degrees. Making these two changes will have the wire resting on the bottom bracket with very little contact at the pivot point. It will rotate freely with no drag and will not hang up.
