What do you use to replace missing cardboard light shield tubes on Gottlieb light boards?

I'm missing one on Time Line for the Player 1 lamp. It looks like it's about 1-1/2" outer diameter, 1-1/4" inner diameter, and about 1-1/4" tall. However, this is give or take a few 16ths of an inch.

PBR doesn't carry them and wasn't able to tell me the "official" size.

I checked a few office supply sites, but they either sell in bulk or don't seem to have the right size.

I eventually found a junk light board from someone a while back that I pulled the light shield tubes from.
