Hi All,

I recently acquired a Card Whiz and am attempting to correct a few issues. However, I am still struggling a bit with the schematics, which brings me to my question. In another thread " Gottliebs Card Whiz not resetting fully, Post #3" HowardR post the schematic of the Add Player Unit (see attached). What I do not understand is how is this circuit completed? I only see a path to the black. I do not see a path to the red-white. How is this circuit completed?

Thanks, Phil

That slacker! Haha. Those 8 normally closed switches are involved in game reset so I completed the the reset part of the circuit, though there's another nearby circuit to advance the player unit during normal game operation. Does that answer your question?

Hi Howard,

Thanks much, that helps. I was desperately looking for the connection to the red-white. My learning curve is obviously a little steep.
