I posted this picture a while ago for someone else with a bonus problem on Royal Flush...same circuit as Card Whiz.

If you're not getting any bonus except for the Full House (3 Queens and either 2 Kings or 2 Jacks), I'd look at either your I relay not making good connections as it goes around, or some of your motor switches might be funky. Do you get any bonus for the Royal Flush (all Red Cards)?

Since you're getting something at all, the E switch is probably OK. But the bonuses depend upon the interaction between the interlock relays 4B, 5B, 6B and 7B opening and closing their switches correctly, the motor switches opening and closing at the proper times, and the I relay ultimately connecting all those switches to the L relay.
