i'm having an issue getting the CPU to recognize the pulses from the card reader. i was wondering if anyone here had experience with this issue and could give me direction. i am using intercard's ireader2.

i believe the issue is the pulse not being long enough for the cpu to see, but there is no option to extend the length of the pulse.
a few possible solutions i have thought of : 1. using a capacitor to absorb multiple pulses to one longer pulse. 2. finding a low signal relay to mimic the coin switch. 3. building a small solid state circuit to extend the the pulse.

but before i go through trial and error i wanted to see if this community had any feed bad on the topic.

Isn't there a thing in Adjustments - Pricing - to play with the timing of coin switches ? I'd try that.
