Finding the cause of "no bulbs lit" should be pretty easy, but without a schematic EMs are VERY hard to troubleshoot, IMHO worse than the electronic games. Did you get the original manual/schematics with the game when you bought it? Hope so; if not find them. But the above is good advice; remove all fuses, check them with a DMM (don't believe that because they LOOK ok they are) and then start tracing power; if all bulbs are out you start with the GI output on the transformer and work forward from there. You'll find it.
