Sounds like lots 1-149 tonight and pins tomorrow which are in the low 2s if I saw/heard correctly.

Neat to see some of the other novelty stuff right now. Listening in the background tonight

This auction being so close to that last pinball collection auction, where prices were a bit more normal, should be interesting to see the results and if prices have slipped further. Then, there's another auction in early December. These three auctions are fairly close by Captain's standards. Might make the prices slide a bit further.

Wild prices once again. Just saw a CCr SE go for $8700, Auction fees and taxes put you at $11K for a game that can be readily bought for $8K.

At least the Baywatch went for (only?) $3600

What did Qbert's Quest go for?

    #9 4 months ago

I was real tempted by that Bushido but I'm way over capacity. That and I don't like having only a rough guess what shipping would be.

$5200 + fees. All the hammer prices are up on the live auction page.

I bought the bushido. I may have overpaid since the inserts are doing some crazy shit, and the displays were not working.

Also, the Cosmic Carnival that went for $7700 plus fees. There have been eight previous Cosmic Carnival listings here on Pinside, not a single one sold for over $5k. Somebody flipped theirs really well, I guess!

I couldn’t really tell what was going on with it. Just assumed it was shitty LEDs not cooperating. I could see the thing in the back rotating, at least. Hope it works out for you!

It's euro power. I was there this morning. Probably didn't have the inverter Dialed in correctly. It was a shitty little inverter.
The game looked good. I think you will be surprised. Good catch.

Some pics. I tried for 6 games but I'm cheap.
Really wanted the Truck stop, but boy was it beat up faded everything, broken plastics. I gave up at 1800.

    QQ is in great condition

    #17 4 months ago

    EM prices quite reasonable.
    "2001" for $800.
Nice woodrails; "Chinatown" for $500, "Wagon Train" $600, "Moon Glow" $500.
Very nice "Pin-Up" aside from the backglass, $1000.

I thought there was a defender in this sale. Did it get withdrawn?

    #19 4 months ago

What a difference a year makes. This auction was more reasonable than last years.

Quick buck newbs are going away. Thank Christ.

QQ looks wild. Never saw one before

That was 2 auctions ago. Went for almost $10k.

I hope so, because it was running like complete ass with no pictures.
