I'm working on my Captain Fantastic and this white with blue wire was cut.

It runs all the way from the fuses to the Transformer and somebody had hacked in a brown lamp cord wire I think as a replacement.

After looking at the wiring diagram I believe this white and blue wire is to be hooked to the fuses and to the Transformer could somebody verify that with a picture of how their Transformer and fuses are wired thank you

The green and white wire was also hacked in my game. It was completely removed from the jones plug and joined with a crimp connector

Bally ran too high an amperage thru that white/green wire on all of it's pins in that era. Super common to see burnt up Jones plug connection at the tilt board. If this is the case then I would bypass the white/green Jones plug connection with a high amperage rated connector, like the Molex MLX series - https://www.greatplainselectronics.com/categories.asp?cat=7 These are rated at 20A.
Also, Bally fuse holders were absolute shit. As a rule ALWAYS replace Bally fuse holders with decent 20A rated Littlefuse holders like this -- https://www.greatplainselectronics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=354805GY

Oh, & double check all of your fuses that they are correct amp rating, I have yet to restore a pin that actually had the right fuses in it.
