I'm fixing up a captain fantastic and I've nearly got it working, but there's one issue. It seems that the outhole relay doesn't pull in long enough to kick the ball out of the trough, into the shooter lane. So, if I press the start button, everything resets but gets caught in a loop at the end of the sequence, with the outhole relay pulsing (but not holding for a short period, as I believe it should?).
If I help the outhole relay along by holding it in for a second or two, the ball spits out, and all is normal… The sequence completes and I can play the game as normal. This same thing happens when the ball drains each time. Suggestions?

It was indeed switch 8c. It needed some adjustment. All is well now, thanks guys!
