I have a capt card when the drop target is hit the 100s and 10s score reels both turn. When they get to 9 the 10s 100s and 1000s score relays lock on along with the chime coil locking on. Any ideas. Looked at all switches.

Traced the problem to the playfield. Must be a stuck switch

It was one of the relays under the playfield that wasn't gapped properly
