I tried this board 1x on a Capcom Airborne, I sold the game soon thereafter, and the new owner wanted the incandescents back. So I backed out my changes, and went with filament bulbs. And now I don't need the board anymore.
For those that don't know, with Capcom boards each bulb is controlled via the CPU, and it makes it very difficult to LED due to a lot of flickering the way it modulates the voltage, basically the only way to make LED's look good is with these boards on Capcom games. (As well as some other manufacturers)
