On electrolytic capacitors like the ones in question here normally the smaller the capacitor is for the same UF, and voltage rating the better the quality. This seems backwards, but I've seen those "cap kits" come with some utter garbage in huge size capacitors and the stuff they sold at Radio Shack were big and horrible. Put a cheap Chinese capacitor next to a quality Japanese the Chinese will always be larger size.
