Has anyone else had this problem? I can adjust the volume above level 8 with no problems but it wont go below. Is there a setting I'm missing?

You have to go into adjustments and set the volume so you can lower it below 8. Forgive me as I do not recall the exact terminology.

There should be a minimum volume override in the adjustment menu. This is typical of the pins of that era.

Adjustment 1 -28 adjust minimum volumn turn to yes and your set.
