I'm currently investigating this issue. I have enabled in-depth logging for this particular section of the site. Could you please try placing it again? If it still returns that weird error message I at least have some logs to look into it.

It looks like you are listing the price as 170.00 - could you try listing it at just 170 without the dot zero zero?
