Hey everyone, I've tried several times to level multiple inserts on the Mansion, using a heatgun at low temp for 30 - 50 seconds. The inserts don't seem to want to go level. They still stick up a bit. I'm afraid I'll melt the darn things and then have a hellavatime replacing the inserts and dealing with the decals, clearcoating over the decals, etc. I am also wondering if I am running the risk of "cupping" (or is it spooning) the inserts due to "sag" in the middle from heating them too much. I am using a small, sanded, block of oak and a non-marring hammer. Does anybody have any suggestions?
