I have bought from both and I have had both assist with in-home repair.

I would highly recommend either of them.

I'm not on-board with the "flipping" characterization. These are retailers who make their living doing this and have made the hobby POSSIBLE for many (including myself) as we have learned how to care for and maintain our games by ourselves - but they have your back when something is out of your area of experience or ability. That is worth some $$ in my opinion.
