I'm trying to replace the plunger link assembly in my Baywatch slingshot and it takes a link that's about half the thickness of most, can't seem to find that part anywhere.... any help would be apprecieated, thanks!

Assuming you've found a plastic/nylon link that's correct but too thick, can't you just sand it down to a usable thickness?

You know, the original looks just like all the others I've seen, grey link assembly, not the round white, although I may have to give that one a shot, appreciate you looking it up...

And as far as sanding it down idk, should be a cheap enough part to where I'd rather just buy it... not a bad idea if I can't find the right one though...

Sanding may be a little tough if the link is still attached to the plunger. A Dremel tool with a cutting tip would work much better.
