Issue:
Can't edit out the pic from post.

Steps:
Uploaded and attached picture to a post

Submitted post and noticed pic was sideways

Fixed pic locally (rotated 90 degrees).

Added corrected pic to existing post.

Can't edit out the incorrect (sideways) pic from post.

Observation:
Should be as simple as deleting the chunk of code that embeds the pic but when I do delete the embed code for the bad pic and submit change the post refuses to delete embed code and both the bad (sideways) and corrected pic are displayed. Even if I change or add text in the post it will accept that change but not delete embed code.
