When I try to change the volume on my The Shadow I only get this (see pic)
Whats up with that? Is that another language or what? Would be wierd since everything else is in english.
And I cant change the volume at all. I can raise and lower it with the buttons but the volume stays the same.

You might have to look up an English menu to find out what the adjustment number is. Check out IPDB.
While you’re in the manual, look up to see if there is a language change option.

Its not a problem with the minimum volume override. I cant change the volume at all_
The buttons work, and the gfx, but the volume doesnt change.
The game and all other parts of the service menu is in english. But this.
Im not sure if the message means something or if its just nonsens.
Wait. Is that the "Dont do drugs message" in spanish or something? That would be wierd

That’s it!
It’s “don’t do drugs” and the slider at the bottom is the amount of drugs you can do before it slam tilts on you.
Funny lot those Spanish ….

Does it say that same No Druggo thing during attract mode? Is Custom Message turned on or off? Does a factory reset have any effect on it?
When I had a Shadow the volume definitely worked correctly but now that I think of it that text bug feels familiar, like something I remembered but was later erased by the aging process. 
Thanks for the replies. It indeed seems like the diffrent language is a know bug.
But I still cant adjust the volume and I have noticed a few more strange things about music and effects in the game. But I will make a new topic for that..
