CW Hemp's CBD oil is supposed to have 200mg, 500 and 1500mg CBD in it. You're saying it's useless if it's from hemp or I just need to be sure the commercially sold oils have CBD in them?

Yeah. But I'm not using them that much anymore. I use digital ballasts and 1000w hps bulbs. Much better penetration.

I'm wondering about the waxes. I know they're supposed to be about 10 times more potent. Are they cheaper than flower to use because of that? I've also heard there are wax cartridges and pipes for them.

That video sums up my experience with CBD. Good info. Where I live, the price seems to be going down a bit for good weed. A local delivery service is selling excellent pot for 120 oz. I got 2 oz of it for 240. Mix and match different indicas, hybrids and sativa. THC 20+. A couple of grower brothers who's prices are awesome. I like it when I have different strains to smoke. It's like getting those 12 packs of beer with different types, except these flavors are all good. Pretty nice when someone friendly and extremely knowledgeable delivers to your house great buds at great prices. LEGALLY (typical small indica bud below)

Finally tried a vape pen.
My wife will never go back to loading a bowl and lighting up again.
Way too easy to vape and fairly economical besides
and less harsh for the most part.

Same for my wife.

My biggest complaint is I don't seem to get high when I vape. Or get a strong buzz. If I took the same amount to roll myself a small joint and vaped it, it would take 15 minutes probably instead of 2 minutes and would be half BAKED. I see the health benefits but personally I'll just stick with rolling.

Vaping (in my new recent experiences)
the high seems to creep up on you more slowly,
less likely to give you that more or less instant buzz,
compared to smoking a joint or a bowl.
My wife has noticed from the 3 to 4 pens we have tried,
do differ in their potency and effects
depending on variety/strain and %THC declared.

Cali strains are the best in the world imo. The west coast is by far the best coast. If/when the US get federally funded research and development the strain potential will be amazing I think.

Edibles do nothing for me but make me tired. On the other hand my wife prefers edibles, She makes her own cannabutter out of my trimmings.

The edibles are hard on my stomach. I take medicine that prevents the arthritis anti-inflammatory medicine from eating away at my stomach lining and causing an ulcer so no edibles or alcohol for me.

Worked my way of found a good balance that works for me. 2ml of 1/1 oil a day. And 1-2 GM of flower. 22%+
1ml when I wake up. And another 1ml at some point during the day. Usually lasts 6-8hrs. And smoke or vape as well during the day if something gets uncomfortable and at night before bed.
Mix and match strains so I don't get accustomed to a specific one. It makes my MS pain sometimes almost disappear.

I find I don't really get that high feeling anymore. But it's worth it, to just stop or tone down the constant pain.

Helps with twitching, spasms, pins and needles, balance, vertigo, vision. Basically all the constant associated MS symptoms are either far less on a good day. Or feel gone on a great day. Because of cannibis.

Pic if my daily routine with tumeric, primrose oil, vitamin d added. Cannibis and cannibis oil. Much better than the $200 a day prescription injections that only have a slightly better efficacy than the placebo groups. Still doesn't stop the disease progression. And it won't possibly kill you. Good trade off.

So I need some help. I'm a new when it comes to smoking concentrates. The only times I smoke shatter is when someone hands me their pen loaded with it. After hanging with teens down my block I decided to take the plunge and buy some shatter. Went a little overboard and bought 10 grams of it without having a way to smoke it. My wife's vape pen is for herbs and not concentrates. The kids down the block had a "oil rig and nail"? glass bong looking thing that gave amazing tokes but seems a little excessive and not portable. There's a million vaporizer to choose from but what's the best for concentrates? Would prefer to take it on the go.
I think I'd like both a home dabber oil rig and a portable vape pen. Don't want to spend a fortune. Suggestions? Thanks

Check out the Atmos micro pal for on the go vaping. Any 510 thread oil cart will fit.. you screw a magnet into the cart so it won’t fall out. It also comes with a metal cartridge for wax/ shatter.. it doesn’t fit a whole lot in it but it’s very cool!

I just put the shatter or keif in the middle of my disc for my Mighty 'medic' (has a pharm code for benefits/tax deduction).
Like making a pot sandwich.
