No that's ridiculous. It's not another reason to not ship. Now it could be another reason to not ship overseas or get something from Canada because that requires a customs broker and a lot more paperwork that needs to be given to the shipper. This part of the process is what stinks and causes delays.
The guy should've used NAVL to begin with. I'm guessing the guy never shipped a machine from the us to Canada and didn't realize he didn't know what he was doing and how much of a pain in the ass it is.
3 months is way too long.
Now what's the machine you're selling, sounds like I should snatch it up!
