After a month I would've moved on and I won't ship out of country anymore. I prefer to keep games local here in FL if at all possible even if it sells for a little less.

Just kidding, you definitely should cancel the deal and move on as you have already displayed more patience than should be expected.

Not only patient, but by refunding the original "buyer" in full, he's also VERY compassionate. I would've been tempted to keep some as a deposit/storage/annoyance fee.
