I know it's a long shot but a guy from Melfort Sask area had a 1973 williams Travel Time stolen from his cabin and asked if i could ask people to keep an eye out. It worked, looked and played real nice and just trying to help him find it. If anyone from sask hears of one come up, pm me. thanks

Made it to Pokey's Pinball Cafe in Saskatoon yesterday and I could talk on and on about the amazing line up of pins on location!! But, I will mention the food first! So, effin' goood! I had the Cuban burger (to start!) Hand made beef patty, and a fried egg on top! I didn't put it down after I bit into the egg! The sweet potatoe fries were amazing too! Not heavy and greasy..also took home a traditional Cuban sandwich for lunch today! Took a bite of that too and the pork was damn good! Can't wait for lunch! Oh, and Nokomis IPA on tap too! Oh ya, 8 amazing pins ALL playing perfect! Good crowd, good food, goooood times

If your friends spill drinks & smash the glass out with their fists at your house I think u need new friends! ROUTED typically get played almost every night while HUO most likely gets less plays and more respect. It's like buying a used car.. if it's a one owner vehicle or off a companie's fleet..which one are you going to generally want more? The one used by a bunch of random people who bag the shit out of it or the that you know the history of its use.

Yes it's a vague term..but my understanding of the term in reference to pinball machines is that MOST LIKELY means it has not been abused in a public environment, and that it TYPICALLY doesn't get played every nite by random people who don't treat it as their own. So taken with a grain of salt & GENERALLY speaking Meegis, would you buy a one owner car or a fleet vehicle?

Haha!! I was coming on here to say I know the route owner would see my post! It by NO MEANS was a personal poke! I'm relatively new to playing pins at bars and was wondering if that's just how it is! I could also learn to not suck so much and utilize the ball save option a lil less often!
Your sweet pins still get my loonies Archer600!! Played 3 of them on 2 different locations this weekend! NGG , TaF, TSPP . Wish i owned any/all 3 of those games... they are all fun as faak! Does the ball saved get turned off for tournaments? I noticed on YouTube they turn extra ball off whenever possible for tourneys

The 1st ever tourney in Regina was a blast! great turnout, great beer, goood times! It's lots of work hauling 8 pins around but was definitely worth it! great job & cheers to the staff of Rebellion brewery for hosting an epic event! Congrats to the winner's and thanks to everyone who came out!

How can you boycott a pin that someone only helped make..it takes an entire team..not just one doood.. to each their own but don't know how that's gonna make a difference... I'd be willing to take someone's judge dredd off them if they can't morally live with it in their line-up!

I've never heard of the man until this story came out. I want Aeonblack's JD because he pimped it out with custom music and when we talked (8months ago) it sounded like it was in nice condition. Honestly never bought or desired a pin because of one of the designer's name on the card. I don't even read the rules on those cards, never mind random names. This isn't like buying a John Wayne Gacy painting. Old men pinsiders sure like to argue about weird shit!

Shadow and star wars are great choices..have u considered AFMr or Dialed In. Kids would definitely get into that one and I heard if it's set up properly that its a pretty cool game. I played one out of the box and enjoyed it but the theme (compared to Alien!) Just wasn't for me.

Big shout out to Pokey's Pinball for hosting the sask last chance tourney on sunday afternoon! Extra thanks to SmokeDog(jason) for the amazing line up of sweet ass pins and to the tourney director Luc for running the show.. great times, great peeps, great day!! There was some good battles with the head to head format and lots of games played by everyone.

Sounds like that NFL game in Winnipeg was a complete flop! Why would anybody pay $400 for a preseason game ticket which included NO big name players, & a shortened & dangerous field! Stands looked half empty! You can drive down to Minnesota and see a real game for that much money! Sure glad the Rider's weren't able to host that shit show debauchery!

Any arcade guys in here?! Picked up a buckhunter and the monitor is not staying on. Works sometimes then when it flashes to a new screen it just goes black. Its at a friend's and haven't gotten over there yet.. just wondering what to check besides a loose cable connection. Thanks
We headed over to look at it soon! Monitor was apparently replaced 4 years ago and its been sitting since.. i was gonna check the power supply for 5v and make sure everything is connected good. Yes, he said it plays blind.. but when he turns it off and on and video last only a few seconds
Well, went over and had a look. Power supply was good. But no neck glow. Coin door light had juice so the 5v seemed to be working.. couldn't figure it out tho. So i put the back cover on,slid it back into the corner, gave the cabinet a slap and called it a bad name! Plugged it in to a different wall socket for shits and giggles..... and it works! For now! Haha.dunno wtf but we also re-seated a pin connector on the plug going to the board under the monitor. headed back there in a few hours.. sure hope it's still working! Ohh & i found 4bucks in the coin box!

first few years i went were at an old airplane museum! the new venue is a huge sports complex connected right to the hotel! it's so damn fun dude! come out next year for sure! large tournament area with some fierce competition..or hang out on the other side with hundreds of pins and arcades all set to free play! Nitro brings all the sweet new pins that are available, and it's all stumbling I mean walking distance to your hotel room!

I know rare doesn't necessarily mean valuable but I have no idea what one might be worth. I was offered a partial trade on my fishing boat and don't what to tell them but said I'd ask around.

Princess Auto sells those (PowerFist brand). I bet you can order it online. But be sure to check the dimensions. I don't think those fit between the legs if trying to lift from the front or back.

I know it's been mentioned..but lost traction.. just checking if anyone else would be interested in some Canada pin waffles?! We just need about 40 or so peeps willing to buy a spot.. Older games the tickets would be under $50.. newer pins around $100 +/-
What is a waffle you ask?! It's a 1 in 69 chance to own a pinball machine at a very reasonable donation depending on the value of the pin..
Pick a number 1-69 @ $$$ / spot
Donations to be made only after all 69 spots are full and must be made within 24 hrs after waff1e is full. This would run based on the next power ball drawing. (Wed and Sat evening is the drawing)The First White ball drawn would be the winning number (1-69)
We could use the same format.. winner pays for shipping or free pick depending on who is hosting the draw..
So, a $2000 pin would be $30/spot.. a $4000 machine would be $60/spot & so on. First come first served on each number .. everyone sends the funds once all 69 spots are filled. I'd love the chance to own a pin for under $100.
Well, it's hard to manipulate the power ball lottery ..so there is no way to scam or cheat to win. if you don't trust the host then definitely don't get involved. But our community is tight enough nationally to know who is part of the group or not. Don't buy a spot from someone who has nobody from his/her area to vouch for them.

Interesting! So you had to form them over the rails and bend into shape yourself? I've seen a set but didn't realize they shipped in a tube. Shipping a large amount was definitely a price concern but will have to check into them a bit more..
