For pinthusiasts in the GTA someone messaged me from Buffalo with this handy tip:

Pocketeers in Buffalo get all Stern, JJP and CGC games 1st day. They post when new games arrive on the website. They have Bond and Toy Story up front right now.

A little bit out of the way but sounds like it's worth a special trip once in a while. Certainly shorter than the drive to Ottawa.

Will definitely pop over one afternoon soon. Only an hour - I need to go on a weed killer run anyway.

I am really liking the update to the machines listing page.
Now when I look up my Heavy Metal, I still see that 11 out of 100 are on location.
But now I see the price graph to see historically how my games value had changed, number of listings in the last year.
Nice update.
You can see the price increase jump on in production Sterns.

It was a lot of fun, well done, well attended. Got much busier later in the morning into the afternoon.

Very well attended. Lots of pins and some amazing cabaret arcades as well. Good mix of EMs, early solid state and modern era Sterns as well. Did my best to support the vendors as well buying more stuff I don’t need. Spoke with Rob one of the organizers and he seemed pleased and eager for next year. Definitely hope it happens again!

Does anybody know where in Canada I can get a replacement screw - 10-32 3/4” socket screw used for a stern flipper assembly? Stern part

The pin I’m working on has that screw currently stripped. Tried looking online but not much luck finding that part north of the border.

Will try and hit a hardware store tomorrow to see if I can find something that will work.

You should have some local stores in Calgary. Some other bolt bolt supply stores may also be able to help out.

I have them, or you can just change out the link and plunger assembly. I have those as well.

Found a bolt that was close enough. 1” vs 3/4”.

Taking the stripped bolt off wasn’t too bad either. Just needed a channel lock plier to get it off.

Hi all!

My bar front at the café has started to look a little dreary, and in order to make it look a little better, I'm looking for some playfields to hang on it. Not looking for any that could be used as a replacement playfield, I'd want them to be strictly for decoration. EM's or solid state, it doesn't matter.
