From what I can gather. There should be no Duty charged on Pinball machines. GST and PST or HST are going to be charged. No Duty applies to items brought across as 'personal use only', that is current under NAFTA. The pinball machines have to be labelled as 'Made in the USA', so those pins made in Spain, or Japan, or China, will have Duty.
