Would that not be the same staff that is dealing with the distributor now? They have to deal with shipping the machines to each of them (dist) and the warranty work on every machine stern still deals with. The machine then gets shipped twice. Once to the dist and then to the end customer, But in the end the consumer pays for the double shipping of the machine. So yes in the end it would save the consumer money. It would suck to live so close to stern and have to go through a dist. to get the machine. Just my 2 cents carry on.
