Just received my first NIB in a year. But I can't seem to register it. When I link it to my Wifi, it gives me a QR code, but my camera doesn't pick it up as a scan, as it does with all other QR codes. Ideas? Could the QR code itself be defective?
I had the same issue two days ago with Rush Premium nib. It turns out that my wifi signal was a bit low. I think it was showing 25. I reduced the number of items that were drawing off the wifi and got the signal to 27. It then worked. It took around three hours to download the latest code after I got the insider connected linked. Stern told me that you need a wifi signal of at least 40 to connect to the insider connected via wifi, but as I said, I finally got it to go with a 27 strength.
