    Anyone have a direct number for Marcos Specialties? I have been calling all morning and just get an answering machine.

    803-957-5500 is Marco Specialties.
    If you actually did mean Marcos, every franchise has their own number. Ordering from the website is easiest. https://www.marcos.com/menu/
