    In the last 15 years or so, Stern/Sega/Data East (IE, Gary Stern) finally learned how to make their own platform rather than stealing the competitions. Probably had something to do with the fact there wasn't competition anymore and the competition's former employees needed jobs.

    Stern's history of stealing tech is the most interesting history lesson in modern pinball.
