I've received a nice scan from Viperrwk, thanks.
Now I've done my magic and created a complete redrawn image in Word and posted in PDF.
Just print the file on transparant selfadhesive foil and cut to size.
Here is a copy for everyone.
The file will also be avialable on my website.

So it looks like my friend is done with these. Just need to get some measurements.
Can anyone measure the width of the art?

Well, the bumper cap is 55 mm wide.
The pdf file is at the right size when paper size is set right.
I used A4 as a basis.
The gray square around the pacman image is 55x55 mm.
