The last letters are usually diode placement, sometimes version numbers.

OT, 0T and 00 usually mean the coil has a diode, and on the top of the flange (closest to the magnet wire)
OB, 0B usually means the coil has a diode, below the flange. You see this more on small coils, not flippers

-20T, -2OT is a version and diode placement... IE -2 with OT on the end. I have not yet seen a -2OB coil.

-30 must be a version number only? It's a weird anomaly in their numbering system so far as we can tell.

-ND means no diode, more common in newer machines.

The reason for the OB coils is to make the diode serviceable, you can cut the diode off and install a new one without removing the the coil from the mech or the mech from the game.
