I dont own this pin and wanted to know how big of a issue its or if its fixable.
Not super familiar with this era of DE setup but it looks very similar to when caps need replaced on DMD driver board for Bally/Williams pins.

It could be, but replacing the caps is no big deal either, especially if you can do them yourself, a few bucks each.
Even if you had to send the board out, maybe $150 - I wouldn't consider that a deal breaker if you're trying to decide on the game or not.

I agree. With power off, reseat them. Also, another potential is the 3 pin power connector on the DMD controller board, may need the header pins resoldered and wired connector repinned.
