Do you have the transformer with it too, or just the board?
If you have the transformer you can just stick 120V into the correct pins and check the test points, otherwise I don't think you can do much without a variac

...Isn't that the same thing? Wire colors could be anything, but the two that have 120V across them go on J2, and the third one goes to the base (or just leave it off...)

Don't like going by colors as I've seen them different but hopefully the OP can figure out which ones are the main two prongs...
