I rebuilt an AS2518 power supply for somebody but the game is an hour away from me, I'd like to be able to test the test points before I drive there & install it. Just wondering if there is a safe bench test that I can do.

OK so I have a power cable here with the green white & black exposed. I'm guessing I can just hook up black to the A.C. Power pin, green to Power Line Ground pin, but I'm not sure if I should hook the neutral (white) up to anything. A.C. Return?
