First snow today!
Sher-Wood factory is now close...As soon as the NHL players switched to composite sticks,the factory was doomed.The brand still exist but all china stuff.

PS: You're sure about the swap?...cause i had a really bad week pinball wise...

What i'm affraid is messing up the working one if something is wrong in the machine ...

I'm a bit loss cause at first the DMD was only missing for 2-3 minutes and coming back.Trying to reseat the power supply connectors and found some cracked headers pin.Reflowed them nicely without messing anything.
Then hell broke loose.The DMD would come on onlky for 2-3 seconds after messing with the big ribbon connector,now it won't come on at all.
See last post for latest update...machine won't boot up with everythin connected.Led 204 is flashing.I disconnect thr big ribbon cable on the non working DMD and machine boot up and LED 204 is solid on.
Can play for long time with 0 problems after that.

I'm about 20 minutes from Sherbrooke and live on a small lake(die hard waterskier here).Nice outdoors and still 2 universities in Sherbrooke.

Probably stuuuuuuuuuoid question but do you think there is a safer way to do the swap like putting the non working TSPP display in Demo man or putting the working DM in TSPP ?

(Warned you about stupid question...)

Ok.
Just put non working TSPP DMD in DM and it's working fine.
Bonus part:no sparks came flying either!!!
