When you call Stern for a tech problem or damage to your game, who do you ask to speak to? Usually I communicate by email to Patrick, but maybe he's backed up as it's been a few days since my email went out and he's gotten back to me....

Still waiting on my motor, but Patrick told me last week he'll send me one.
