I've had my em's in the children's ministry at my church before, so I'm right there with you on avoiding the salacious theme. As far as aquatic artwork games, Atlantis, North Star, Gulfstream and Sea-Ray are all pretty tame.
There's lots of choices for non-card-theme, non-gun alternate titles. Some personal favorites are Sing Along, 2001, OXO (the twin to Gulfstream). Or a card game that's not really gambling-related is Card Trix / Flip-A-Card. Bored college students flipping cards into a hat. And a really good, fun game. Someone just listed a Flip-A-Card on the Pinside Market for $550 or trade.
