Quoted from P1nhead:I'd say that's stupid but I have to remind myself these are meant to be on location, not in our homes. Security bit is warranted.
People keep saying this but there are far more pins in homes now than there are in the wild.

Quoted from red_rabbit:one of the cheapest and most meaningful mods for CCr... Highly recommend, it looks a lot better in the pin than the pics show

Where can we buy these
Quoted from alveolus:Shots are mostly easy to hit if you are a decent shooter. Certainly you could compensate with wide open outlanes, super sensitive slings, tight-ish tilt, no ball save.
It would be cool if the new code could leverage some of the more difficult shots like closing the mine, using drop targets to partially obstruct key shots, and imagine adjustable saloon doors that made the Bart shot more difficult!
I would be very curious how similar the new CCr code is to Eric’s CCC. CCC is pretty amazing.
Quoted from jfh:Did you check the FAQ?
Nope. I have never opened this thread till today.
Quoted from Nazz26:AJC….Who sells the saloon door and train station mod?
Go to the FAQ. I just bought them. It’s a sham they are t painted though.
Quoted from Nazz26:Thanks… Was going to purchase then noticed they were not painted so no deal for me. I’m sure a some talented pinsider will make a painted one in the future.
There is a guy that will buy them and paint them and sell them to you but if I m not mistaken he is the same guy that stole Eric’s Cactus Canyon Continued. After all the shot I gave him I somehow doubt that he would paint them for me.
Quoted from jfh:That’s probably a better question for epthegeek but I’m going to say no.
(Shaker motors weren’t a thing in 1998/99 so I can’t imagine there is any code to support it in the original ROMs)
Also - this is not the thread for questions specific to the original game. See that link in the FAQ.
Just taking the opportunity to talk to Rick directly
Quoted from jfh:Is that the CCr version from PPS?
Yes. No Mirco printer crap for me. So far I see no difference other than dimples for boards.
The Mirco version was 1400 this one was 900.
Quoted from jfh:Aren’t you going to be putting that in an original Cactus Canyon?
yep, its gonna be purty
