CGC support, For how great a product they make, the support desk leaves a bit to be desired. Mind you this issue is tiny, but a simple response after the initial interest in my concern would have gone a long way. I had already bought new posts and replaced the tarnished and rusted that shipped on my machine.

23 days ago, First response I was very impressed
23 days ago, I responded with the requested info
Waited a week after no response, pinged LTG to see if he had ticket access and he added a note to it
9 days ago, ticket was closed with no further communication on the subject
Is anyone getting any better response on the bigger issues around Audio, or sensor adjustment or other items. People will forgive late but not wrong does not seem to apply to the desk, if it was still open I would at least assume there was bigger and I am sure is fish to fry, but closing it was kinda rough.
